2) How much, what about commissions?

We believe that our financial policies are the cornerstone of trust with our client partners. Our fee structure is designed for transparency and fairness, and to reward achievement based on results rather than budget expended.

Hourly Rates Ideopia's blended hourly rate is $125/hour. However, for the majority of our work, we charge a fee for an entire project. Barring changes in scope, the fee quoted at the beginning of the project is what you pay. No surprises.

Fees Sometimes. Retainers – Never. For certain activities, e.g. public relations or content management, our clients determine monthly or quarterly fees. Billable activity is deducted from the fee. Unused hours roll over into the next time period.

No Commissions or Markups Ideopia has never charged markups or commissions on media, or any outside production costs. We strongly believe that agencies should not have a financial stake in recommending client expenditures. Outside fees unless otherwise arranged are billed directly to our clients
